But the recipe called for a ton of added sugars. I wanted to create our own variation with simple, real food ingredients, and cut that amount of sugar down as much as possible.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>And boy, did this recipe deliver!<\/strong>&nbsp;These real food buckeyes contain healthier ingredients and are even more delicious, in my opinion.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These are perfect for the holidays (or any time of the year). To make oat flour, I use <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3P3z2qi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">One Degree Sprouted and GF Organic Oats<\/a> and blend them in our <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4gkUYcm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Vitamix<\/a> until they turn into a flour consistency.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Peanut Butter \u2013<\/strong> It\u2019s best to find an all-natural peanut butter with the only ingredients being roasted peanuts and salt. I found that using a fork works best for this but a toothpick can work as well.
