But, any type of nut butter will work (i.e. sunflower seed butter, cashew butter, or almond butter can be substituted for the peanut butter).<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Oats \u2013<\/strong> Either old-fashioned oats or quick oats will work in these peanut butter oatmeal bars. Steel cut oats will not. Our favorite is the One Degree certified gluten-free oats and glyphosate free (we also purchase this from Costco).<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Collagen Powder (optional) \u2013<\/strong> For an extra boost of protein, we love to add collagen powder to this easy recipe.
