To freeze, place the room temperature egg cups in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper and freeze until solid. Then store in freezer bags. They will store well in the freezer for up to 6 months.<\/p>\n<p>To reheat, simply remove egg cups from frozen and warm in the oven at 350\u00b0F for 15 minutes until warmed through or reheat in the microwave until heated through.
