Heat oil in cast iron pan, Dutch oven, or large skillet.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:22px\">3. Saut\u00e9 onion then add garlic after the onion is beginning to soften. Add ground beef and brown with onions and garlic.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:22px\">4. Once browned, transfer garlic, onion, and ground beef to your slow cooker.
